Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist -
Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and perform operational duties
with a customer-centric focus
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and manage order
placements
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to address
customer needs and enhance account growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a call center or customer experience role
with a sales background
Experience in developing and managing market channel
relationships
Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce.com), Shopify, or similar
platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment
Aesthetic industry experience preferred
