Job Description:
A company is looking for a Booking & Activities Customer Support
(Seasonal, Part-Time) to assist clients with inquiries and bookings
for boating excursions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service via phone and email, addressing questions
and booking inquiries
Monitor social media channels for customer support and feedback
Assist in setting up schedules and tours in back-office and booking
systems
Required Qualifications
Experience with Fareharbor is essential
Familiarity with Zendesk, Aircall, or Talkdesk, and Slack is a
plus
Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and
multiple browsers
Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a
reliable internet connection
Fluency in oral and written English; a second language is a
plus
