Key Responsibilities
Manage the creative development process between creators and
external design teams, ensuring seamless execution
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding experience for creators,
maintaining documentation for consistency
Provide proactive support to creators, addressing inquiries and
enhancing their overall experience
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience managing client needs,
preferably in performance marketing
Experience in creative development and brand-building
Ability to empathize with creators and understand the challenges of
the creative process
Strong collaborative skills and a focus on improving team
experiences
Commitment to personal growth and operational improvement
