Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Support Specialist to provide
exceptional service and resolve EDI-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for customers using Lanham EDI
and E-Ship functionalities
Enable the Lanham VAN for customers and install Lexicom AS2 direct
communications
Provide training and support for partners using On-Demand EDI
education
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in business or sales development,
preferably in enterprise software or cloud solutions
Background in supply chain, inventory management, or ERP sales
support is desirable
Experience with distribution, manufacturing, or retail supplier
companies is a plus
Demonstrated persistence and enthusiasm for sales support
activities
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team
environment
