Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procedural Control Coordinator to
support the Loan Payment and Operational Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to ensure annual review and proper
utilization of procedures, policies, and process maps
Act as a resource for associates on internal policies and
procedures related to operations
Create reporting for business leaders and ensure compliance with
bank policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Proven ability to work independently and translate complex material
into functional guides
Commitment to a learning organization and team culture
Ability to work collaboratively across various business lines
