Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide support
to individuals experiencing emotional distress in a fully remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with individuals over the phone to provide emotional support
and crisis intervention
Assess risk, document interactions, and provide resources and
referrals as needed
Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure
confidentiality and focus
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or
university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social
Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a
related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
Completion of a six-week intensive virtual training program is
required for continued employment
