Description Oversee all phases of construction for luxury custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate daily activities on-site, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to align construction plans with client expectations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain construction standards and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the building process. Ensure that the schedule is followed and communicate any changes or delays with the project manager and clients. Profile The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction, with a deep understanding of custom home building practices. A keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication are essential. Must have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the capability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.
