Senior Building Materials Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Building Materials Coordinator to manage loose material orders for commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review plans to identify material requirements and possible substitutions
Coordinate material issues with project management, purchasing, and sales staff
Maintain detailed records and reports for each project and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; AS/BS degree preferred
At least 2 years of wood construction estimating/coordinating experience required
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Familiarity with estimating/design software and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
