A company is looking for a Lender Services Specialist, US Based
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate required documents to the lender for insured
transactions and enter fees for Closing Disclosures
Review Purchase Agreements and enter transaction-specific fee
information into the database
Field lender inquiries, process requests, and deliver Title
Commitment packages to relevant parties
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of transaction fee structures
Experience with closing processes
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Dedication to supporting customers and the company
