Job Description:
A company is looking for a Value-Based Programs Lead (Data and
Analytics).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a scalable data framework for
hospital-focused quality measures
Synthesize multiple data sources into a single operational source
for analytics
Lead program measure design and manage established measure
management processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Database Management Systems, including
SQL or SAS
8+ years of experience in Healthcare or managed care
8+ years of data analysis and extraction experience
3+ years of experience in Value-Based Care or CMS/Managed Care
Hospital Payment Strategies
3+ years of experience with standardized Quality Metrics from
entities like AHRQ, NCQA, or NQF
