Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provides operational and problem-solving expertise to Financial
Centers and HUBs
Fulfills service requests and responds to non-phone function
emails
Assists in developing and modifying operational procedures
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of previous banking or operational experience
required
Remote work capability is required
Internal system knowledge and experience preferred
In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including
Excel and Teams
Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills
