Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Surveillance Specialist to
assess incoming complaints and hazards related to clinical workflow
and product use.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate complaints affecting patient safety
Prepare and submit Medical Device Reports (MDRs) to the FDA and
coordinate international report filing
Conduct risk analysis and provide clinical insight for product
safety issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in medical science, health sciences, or a
healthcare-related field with at least 2 years of relevant
experience, or Healthcare provider certificate/licensure
Ability to analyze and report data to identify issues and
trends
Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement
solutions
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple
projects
Ability to work independently and escalate issues as necessary
