Responsibilities Identify and interact with potential candidates using diverse sourcing channels to build robust talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring teams on high-volume, production, and corporate positions to comprehend role specifics and define the profiles of ideal candidates, ensuring future hiring needs are met.
Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract the highest-quality candidates.
Keep up-to-date with talent acquisition trends and best practices to ensure a competitive advantage.
Consult with stakeholders and provide expert advice on current market trends and the availability of talent to inform and guide recruitment strategies.
Analyze existing recruitment processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Establish continuous feedback loops with both candidates and hiring teams to refine the hiring experience.
Craft dynamic content for social media, career pages, and various recruitment channels to successfully attract top-tier talent.
Guide your stakeholders in using data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements And Skills 2+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment with recruiting agency experience a plus
1+ years in developing recruitment strategies
1+ years with recruitment analytics and metrics
Expertise in interview best practices
Knowledge of practices and programs that support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
Experience with candidate engagement and relationship building
Understanding of data analysis and reporting in recruitment contexts
Skill in consulting with stakeholders to direct best practices
Proven track record of building robust talent pipelines
